The Nitrogen6X SOM V2 is a highly integrated System-on-Module (SOM) based on the NXP i.MX 6 family of applications processors. The processor (Solo-Quad), RAM (1-4GB), and eMMC (4-64) can be modified to fit your requirements. The Nitrogen6 SOM V2 is designed for mass production use with a guaranteed 10 year lifespan, FCC Pre-scan results, and a stable supply chain. All of the boards in our Nitrogen6 and Nitrogen8 families support Android. Our internal development team works hard to ensure the latest version is available for development.
Linux
We have developed a variety of Linux OS available for our boards including the latest releases of Yocto, Ubuntu, Buildroot, and Debian.
QNX
We offer a variety of QNX BSP for our boards that can be found on our Wiki.
WindowsCE
Select Nitrogen boards will support WindowsCE. For information on how to develop with this OS contact our partners GuruCE.
