Hydrogen
ARM SBC based on the Marvell PXA270 processor.
With an abundance of connectivity options, the Hydrogen can be used for a variety of applications including retail, access control, and player tracking. The Hydrogen has on-board connectivity for either a 1D or 2D barcode scanner for price checking and access control applications. An additional 2 serial ports are available to interface with a magnetic stripe or RFID reader. An on-board reed relay provides dry contact functionality for controlling door locks and turnstiles. The Hydrogen interfaces directly with a variety of 4.3” and 7” LCD displays with resolutions up to 800×600. In addition, 4 wire resistive touch screen support is available to provide a convenient user-interaction mechanism. Up to 10 general purpose I/O lines have been made available for additional device control/interaction. Other standard connectivity options such as USB2.0 Master/Slave, 10/100 Ethernet, and SD Card sockets are present for increased functionality.
The Hydrogen can be powered via a pluggable PoE Module, or with an external 12V power supply.
