THE NITROGEN-E BOARD - IMX51 Power over Ethernet

The Nitrogen-E is a powerful single board computer designed for multimedia inenstive applications. The Nitrogen-E contains a wide variety of connectivity options such as I2C, USB high speed, microSD, 10/100 Ethernet and multiple RS232 ports. The Nitrogen-E supports Power over Ethernet via a pluggable POE module. With a direct interface to a 7” or 4.3” LCD display, the board can be used to create PoE-enabled devices. The HDMI output provides even more display options for digital signage applications. In addition, integrated touch screen support provides a convenient user-interaction mechanism. On-board connectivity for a 5MP camera provides the ability to capture video. The Nitrogen-E currently supports Windows CE and Ubuntu Linux with Chromium OS support coming soon. The board is available in many enclosures including a plastic enclosure and in-wall mount.
